What if there is a tech problem in the middle of my test?

If you have a technical problem in the middle of your test, do not worry. Your answers are always saved on our servers.

Do not worry if:
  • The electricity shuts off;
  • Your internet connection shuts off;
  • There is an error with the browser.

Just close your browser window if it is open. Next, re-open your browser window and go back to our login page. Restart your test and everything should be fine. You should not have to login again.
